Thank you for agreeing to take part in this prototype review. For parents seeking advice on childhood behavioural topics, they would usually engage with a Triple P practitioner. We have taken a typical conversation that a practitioner may have with a parent around a specific concern and created a chatbot which leads parents through the experience digitally. With this review, we are hoping to better understand parents' attitudes towards engaging with a chatbot for parenting advice and how usable parents find the experience.
For the purposes of the review, we would like you to imagine that your toddler is hurting others. This is a concern that you would like help with, so have come seeking advice on how best to handle the situation.
